男,博士, 教授,博士生导师 ,新能源研究中心主任。近年来,主持湖南省重大科技项目、中央高校专项项目等纵向课题、企业委托横向项项目10余项。已完成了国家自然科学基金重大项目、面上项目、863项目等课题 20 余项;已在国内外知名学术刊物上发表论文180余篇、其中SCI、EI收录140余篇;已获授权发明专利11项;已培养硕士、博士50余人。

学术兼职:国家光伏装备工程技术研究中心第一届技术委员会委员,国家科学技术奖评奖委员会专家,全国优秀博士学位论文评审专家,长江学者特聘教授评审专家,国家自然科学基金、省市科技项目等评审专家,中国电子学会可靠性分会常务理事,全国新能源科学与工程联盟常务理事,湖南省太阳能标准化技术委员会委员,国际材料联合会会员等。Applied Physics Letters、Carbon、Applied Thermal Engineering、Solar Energy、 Renewable Energy等数十种国际知名期刊特邀审稿人。

社会兼职:第九、第十届中国民主同盟湖南省委常委,政协湖南省委员会第九、第十届委员会委员,第九届中国民主同盟湖南省科技工作委员会主任委员,湖南省生产力学会理事,湖南省人事厅职称评审专家,湖南省发展与改革委员会节能专家库专家,等。

1985年获华中科技大学电子科学与技术工学学士学位。

1988年获中国科学院上海微系统研究所微电子学理学硕士学位。

1999年获中南大学材料科学与工程博士学位。

2000年破格晋升教授。

2002年评聘为中南大学博士生导师。

2005年作为高级访问学者赴英国剑桥大学开展合作研究。

2012年由中南大学认定为二级教授。


科研方向
新能源与可再生能源科学与工程技术;高效节能技术;微纳电子器件装备与工艺过程的热-电-磁-光-等离子体的多场耦合计算机仿真等。在动力工程及工程热物理一级学科(学科代码0807)及动力工程领域(学科代码085206)招收学术型博士/硕士、专业型博士/硕士以及博士后研究人员。
