廖胜明,男,汉族,1963年10月生,湖南长沙人,1984年12月加入中国共产党,1985年7月参加工作。清华大学热能工程专业工学学士,清华大学工程热物理专业工学硕士,香港科技大学机械工程系能源工程专业博士,丹麦技术大学能源工程系访问学者,中南大学二级教授、博士生导师。


曾任中南大学能源科学与工程学院院长、湖南省能源局副局长,现任中南大学能源科学与工程学院党委书记、中南大学可持续能源研究院院长,智能化综合能效管理技术国家地方联合工程中心主任,流程工业节能湖南省重点实验室主任,湖南省地源热泵工程技术研究中心主任,全国高校工程热物理研究会理事、湖南省制冷学会名誉理事长,湖南省节能研究与综合利用协会副理事长,长沙市政府能源专家委员会专家,《热科学与技术》及《中南大学学报》编委。

1987.09-1989.12,清华大学热能工程系工程热物理专业硕士研究生学习,工学硕士学位;
1989.12-1996.08,长沙铁道学院机电工程系历任助教、讲师、科研秘书、制冷空调教研室党支部书记,副主任;
1996.08-1997.08,丹麦技术大学 (Technical University of Denmark) 能源工程系,中国-丹麦政府奖学金资助访问学者;
1997.08-1998.09,长沙铁道学院机电工程学院,历任讲师、副教授、制冷空调研究所所长;
1998.09-2002.05,香港科技大学(HKUST)机械工程系能源工程专业博士研究生学习,机械工程博士(PhD)学位;
2002.05-2005.09,中南大学,土木建筑学院建筑环境与设备工程系主任,教授,博士生导师;

科研方向
1、研究领域:

(1)新能源利用及能源系统工程:综合能源系统、浅层及中深层地热能利用、太阳能光热技术、流程工业节能系统分析等。

(2)工程热物理:跨临界及超临界CO2热泵及动力循环、传热传质等。

学术成果
主持承担了国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目、国家工信部项目、国家铁道部重点项目、湖南省科技计划重点项目等研究项目,同时完成了一批社会服务项目,在国外内学术杂志上发表论文150余篇,获得湖南省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖一篇、二等奖两篇,指导两名博士生获得湖南省优秀博士论文奖,获得国家教育部科技进步奖二等奖、湖南省科技进步奖二等奖、三等奖、国家能源科技进步三等奖各一项。代表性研究成果:(1)是国内最早研究跨临界二氧化碳制冷及热泵循环的学者之一,发表在Applied Thermal Engineering ,International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, ASME Journal of Heat Transfer,Progress in Computational Fluid Dynamics等国际学术杂志上的相关研究论文得到了国际同行的大量引用和评介。(2)作为青藏铁路多年冻土热棒路基专家组成员、青藏铁路制氧空调客车专家组成员及技术条件审查组副组长,参加了国家重点工程青藏铁路的建设工作,并主持完成了 “青藏铁路多年冻土路基热棒技术试验研究”项目。(3)主持承担了湖南省“十三五”规划前期研究重大课题“湖南节能降耗市场化机制研究”,长沙市“十三五”及中长期能源发展战略、政策与行动计划研究,长沙市新能源、可再生能源与节能产业发展及重大项目研究,长沙市“十三五”能源发展与节能规划编制等决策咨询课题,为地方政府能源及节能领域的决策提供了重要依据。
